Super Yummy Rice Bowl

Ingredients
Brown Rice CookedChicken Breast (baked marinated in hot sauce &cubed)2 TBSP Gorgonzola Crumbles1 tsp Season Salt (I like Tastefully simple)1 large Zuccinni sliced thin1/4 cup onion chopped small1/4 cup raw carrots sliced 1 TBSP Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Comine the zuccinni, onion, carrots, season salt & olive oil in a bowl - mix well
Spread evenly on cookie sheet (works GREAT on a pampered chef stone) and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
When Veggies are done quick heat your rice & chicken (micro 30 sec)
Add veggies on top of rice & chicken
Add Gorgonzola on top
Stir and ENJOY!!!!
