Low Fat Whole Wheat Sour Cream Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup water2 tsp Splenda or other sweetner1 egg1 cup whole wheat flour3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt4 Tbl fat free sourcream(Skim milk can be used instead of water, but water works just fine!)
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Drop by spoonful on hot griddle. Makes 8 - 4-5" pancakes. 4 servings of 2 pancakes each.

    Delicious recipe. I used 1/3 cup flax and 2/3 cup wheat flour and agave nectar as the sweetener. I'm looking forward to making these again. - 5/23/11
