Nancy's Tuna Noodle Casserole w/ chilis

1 package dry egg noodles1 can tuna (12 oz in water)1/4 c dried onion flakes3 stalks celery, chopped1 tsp butter1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 can chopped green chilis (4 oz)8 oz low fat sour cream1/2 cup shredded cheddar (2%)salt & pepper to taste
Makes 6 - 1 cup servings
Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8x8 glass pan w/ Pam, set aside. Cook noodles according to directions on package. While noodles are cooking, saute chopped celery in 1 tsp butter. Combine soup, tuna, chilis, sauteed celery, dried onion, sour cream, and dijon - mix well. Fold mixture into noodles - mix well. Put noodle mixture into pan and top with 1/2 c cheese. Cook 20-30 minutes until top is lightly brown and bubbling.
