Super Bowl Soup

Ingredients
3/4 lbs cooked chicken breast pieces1 medium-small onion1 TB garlic1 Bay Leaf1 Can of the following:Chicken Broth (reduced sodium)WaterCorn (no salt added)Black BeansChickpeasOptional Garnishes:Cheddar Cheese Sour CreamToasted Wheat Tortilla
Directions
Simmer: Chicken Broth, Water, Chopped Onion, Chopped Garlic, and Bay Leaf for 30 minutes with lid on.

Remove leaf add everything else (whole cans do not drain) and cook 10 minutes. Add in Fresh chopped Cilantro last.

Serve with chedder, sour cream, and toasted tortillas. (optional)
