Three Beans & Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil1 small onion diced1 pound ground turkey breast1 can diced tomatoes w/Jalapenos1 can each garbanzos, black and kidney beans, drained1 can low sodium chicken broth1/4 tbs each, salt and cumin1/8 tbs cinnamon
Directions
Heat oil on medium-low heat.
Add onion & saute until soft (about 3-5 min)
Add turkey & brown (about 5 min)
Add tomatoes w/juice, beans, broth and spices
Stir and bring to a boil
then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes

can be made without turkey for less calories.
