Lisa's chicken stir fry

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breastBird's Eye Farm Fresh MixturesOlive OilCoriander leaf, driedGinger, groundPepper, blackCumin seedWhite Rice, 1 1/2 cups long grain
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet, add cubed chicken breast, brown.
Add 2 tbsp. water, spices, vegetables, cover, over medium heat -- steam 5 min.

In saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups rice and 3 cups water to boil, cover, reduce to simmer, cook 22 min (do not lift lid until done).

Serve stir fry over rice
