16 oz bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained1 can (13.75 oz) artichoke hearts, drained8 oz light cream cheese1tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice1/8 tsp nutmegfresh ground black pepper to taste2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese2 Tbs gluten free bread crumbs
soften cream cheese. Stir in remaining ingredients except parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Mix well. Spread into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm. Makes 10 servings
