Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Baby Carrots, raw, 150 grams Celery, raw, 6 stalk, small (5" long) Couscous, 1 cup, dry, yields
Saute onions in oliv oil over low heat until translucent. Chop all veggies small dice. Prepare coucous as directed. Toss with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
