Muffin Cup Quiche

Ingredients
3 eggs, beaten3/4 cups shredded swiss cheese1/4 cup diced onion10 oz pkg frozen spinach
Directions
Mix all ingredients together
Spray muffin cups with non-stick spray then portion egg mixture into cups (fills about 6 muffin cups).
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
