Yummy Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
4 large ripe strawberries1/4 cup frozen raspberries1/2 cup No Fat, No sugar vanilla Yogurt1/2 scoop vanilla whey powder (optional)1 cup Skim Milk2 tsp. Splenda ( optional)Ice cubes-a generous handful
Directions
Put all the above ingredients into a blender. Mix
completely. Makes 2 servings. The recipe is calculated with whey powder for added protein. If you don't have any, it is just as tasty without it.
