crockpot goulash

Ingredients
1 lb stew meat3 cups marinara sauce1 cup onions, diced1 cup sliced mushrooms2 cups elbow macaroni
Directions
toss everything in slow cook except the macaroni
cook on low 8 hours
cook up macaroni as box says, mix into the crockpot and serve.

    I really liked this recipe. I did tweak it though. I doubled the recipe because I like to have leftovers to freeze and also use as lunches. I added zucchini too. I didn't have any marinara sauce, so I used homemade stewed tomatoes. It was very good and added more onions, peppers, and tomatoes. - 12/6/10
