Ingredients
1 lb Lean Hamburger2 quarts 2% Milk1 cup FlourSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown hamburger in large sauce pan. DO NOT DRAIN. Add flour and cook stightly. Slowly add in milk stiring constantly. Add Salt andPepper. Cook until thick and raw flour taste is gone.
Serve over toast, fried or mashed potatoes.(not in nutritonal info)
