Ingredients
1 pkg Ore Ida Country Style Hash Browns1 1/2 cups of light shredded cheese1 cup skim milk1 pkg of Farmland cubed ham3 cups of Eggbeaters
Directions
Makes ten 1 cup servings.
Layer hash browns , then onions, then cheese & ham and repeat 3 times.
Mix milk and eggbeaters together with some salt and pepper then pour over the mix in the crockpot.
Cook on low for 10 hours, or high for 4 -6 hours.
