Sugar Free Cream Cheese Muffin Cheesecakes

Ingredients
2 8oz Packages of Cream Cheese, softened16 packages Truvia3 Lrg Eggs3 TBL Fresh Lemon Juice1/2 tsp Vanilla1/4 tsp Salt3 cups sour cream
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese & sweetener until smooth, about 3 mins. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the lemon juice, vanilla & salt. Beat in the sour cream until just blended.

Grease 24 muffin tins and divide batter evenly. Bake for 30 min.
