Pineapple and Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
2 cups black beans1/2 cup sweet onions, raw, chopped1 cup pineapple, diced1 Can diced tomatoes2 Teas. minced garlic2 Tbsp. Lime Juicedash of hot sauce salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Dice pineapple chunks and onion. Drain black beans and tomatoes. Add all ingredients and mix. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with chips or as a side dish to mexican dinner.

Makes at least 8 servings.
