Asian No Fry Chicken Strips

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken breast cut into strips1/4 cup Olive Oil2 tablespoons low sodium Teriyaki Sauce2 tablespoons light Soy Sauce3 Cloves garlic, crushed2 teaspoons ground GingerPepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut Chicken into "chicken finger" style strips
For marinade: Mix olive oil, teriyaki, soy, garlic, pepper and ginger with a wire wisk. Place chiken in marinade (I use a covered dish or a zipper baggie). Marinade for 30 minutes (if in a hurry 15 minutes will do)
Place chicken in a baking pan and bake for 15 - 20 minutes (depending on how thick your slices)
I usually serve cooked broccoli and brown rice on the side.
