1.04 tbsp Rosemary, dried 2 tbsp Olive Oil 8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 4 cloves Garlic 8 oz Alcohol, Wine Red (Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon)
heat oil and add garlic and chicken thighs, sprinkle rosemary onto chicken and brown well. Add red wine, cover and cook unitl done.
