Potato and Sausage Soup

Ingredients
six cups raw potatoes sliced 1/8 thick or diced.one large onion (white)one roll (16 oz) Jennie-O Ground Turkey Sausageone half stick oleo or margarinesix cups skim milk
Directions
Peel and slice or dice your potatoes, you will need about six cups. Leave them soaking in cold water. In you soup pot, brown and drain the fat off the sausage. Put the sausage aside and slice or dice your onion, cook in the soup pot on medium high heat until cooked. Return sausage to the pot and add the potatoes, milk and margarine. Leave cooking on Medium heat for about an hour. Salt and pepper to taste makes about six two cup servings.
