Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium red potatoes, cubed1 tsp. garlic salt1 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning blendCooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray a glass pan with cooking spray. Arrange potatoes with skin side down in pan. Spray with cooking spray again. Coat with salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash.

Cook for 40 minutes.

Makes 4 1-cup servings.
