Rotisserie Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
Take 1 whole rotisserie chicken and shread the breast. (I use breast only to keep the fat down)1/4 cup of water 1 can or corn2 jars salsa (1 mild / 1 medium) 1 can black beans4 corn tortillas cut into small pieces2 tsp of garlic minced
Directions
Mix the chicken and the water into a crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Let cook on low all day or if you only need a few hours you can cook on high too just keep stiring if you are going to be home and cooking on high.

Top with pepper jack cheese avocado and sour cream. (this adds to the fat/calorie content) You can eve use a few tortilla chips for dipping. Again make sure to add these extras into your daily totals.
