QUICK & EASY TACO SALAD (VEGETARIAN)

1 1/2 heads of iceberg lettuce1 head of "green leaf" lettuce5-6 small/medium tomatoes2 small/medium red onions2 cans of "Ranch Style" Beans - Western/Texas flavor1 large bottle of "Catalina" FREE salad dressing 1 large bag of nacho "Doritoes"
Step 1- THE NIGHT BEFORE SERVING cut the onions into small to medium pieces. Combine the chopped onions, beans (including the juice) and dressing in a bowl. Refrigerate over night.
Step 2- Chop the lettuce and tomatoes
Step 3- JUST BEFORE SERVING, mix the salad greens, the dressing mixture and the crushed Doritoes together. (Hint-do not mix before serving or the Doritoes will get soggy).
Serves approximately 10 people.
(Regarding salad dressing-you can use regular Catalina salad dressing, but the nutritional information and picture were configured with the fat free version.)
