Ingredients
1 cup Minute ready to Serve Brown & wild rice 1/4 cup salsa1/2 cup (3 ounces) of cooked, diced chicken breast1/4 cup Kraft cheddar cheese 2% milk2 Santa Fe Tortillas homestyle whole grain2 tbs light sour cream
Directions
Prepare rice according to package direactions. In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine salsa and chicken. Microwave on high 2 min. Stir in cheese and rice. Divide mixture into tortillas. Serve with cilantro and sour cream if desired. Serves 2
