Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 Medium Onion, diced1 lb Ground Turkey2 cans Bush's Mild Chili Beans2 cans Diced Tomatoes1 cup Frozen Corn1/2 cup diced green pepper12 oz Coors Light Beer1 tablespoon chili powdercayenne pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground turkey and onions in a skillet. Add to all other ingredients in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours.

    This is really good I was pleasantly surprised I expected it to be blan because if the lean meat. I was wrong it was great I added Samuel Adams instead of Coors it was what I had on hand but it really have it a robust flavor!

    My husband & I loved this recipe! I didn't put the peppers in though and added crushed red pepper to make it spicy.. I was a little confused on the portions though, it didn't say how much each portion is.... - 2/1/10
