Greek Yogurt Sandwich Spread

Ingredients
1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain1/3 clove garlic (or 3 tsp prepped garlic)1/2 cucumber peeled2 tsp lemon juice1 tsp salt1 tsp dillsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and dice cucumber.
Put in colander and add 1 tsp salt
Cover with a plate for 1/2 hour to drain out moisture
Drain well
Blend all ingredients except yogurt to a puree
Mix in yogurt. Stir well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sit in fridge for 2 hours to let the herbs infuse.
