Ingredients
1cup brown rice 100g skinless chiken brest 1 small egg 1tbs of five spice powder ore all purpos powder 1tbs soy sause 150g of srif fri vegtables
Directions
cook brown rice per packet instructs cut chiken in to strips make up some 1 cal olive oil by mixing 4ml extra virgin oliv oil with 45ml of water in a small hand sprayer coat a non stick pan with 10 sprays and scramble 1 small egg over a high heat remove from pan and keep worm spray the pan again with 10 more sprays then fri chicken along with 1tbs of 5 spice for 3 mins then add 150g of stir fri vegtables for 2 min then add scram egg then serve with the rice
