Egg noodles with tuna and peas

Ingredients
5 cups egg noodles2 tsp evoo1 med yellow onion1 tbs flour2 cups milk1.3 cups frozen peas1/2 cups broccoli2 cans solid white tuna1/8 cup sour cream1/4 tsp spicy brown mustards&p.7 oz romano cheese (between an 1/8 and 1/4 grated. divide among servings)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.

Saute onion in evoo
Add flour, combine
Slowly add milk, letting it thicken
Add peas and broccoli
Add tuna
Add sour cream
Add salt, pepper, mustard

Drain pasta and pour into sauce. Top with grated cheese.
