VENISON BURGERS

Ingredients
1 LB Deer burger (could use lean burger also)1 cup raw diced onion1/4 cup mozzarella fat free cheese1/2 cup diced tomatoes1 pkg lipton onion soup1 egg3 tsp worcestershire sauce.mix all ingrediants make 4 patties (good size to hold together and fit in the pita) put on broiler, broil on high first 8-10 minutes than flip 8-10 minutes. I like them really done so i cooked another 3 minutes on each side. Cut the pita in half for 2 people stick a burger in each pocked add shredded lettuce, additional tomatoes or whatever you desire.
Directions
makes 4 large burgers with the pita fills you up enough it is a meal
