Tuscan Tilapia Packets

2 15oz cans Great Northern Beans2 medium tomatoes, chopped1 1/2 tsp dried basil4 4oz tilapia steaks4 tsp olive oil4 tsp lemon juice2 tsp lemon pepper4 lemon slices
Preheat the oven to 450F or prepare a charcoal or gas grill so that the coals are medium-hot or the heat is set to medium-high.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the beans, tomatoes, and 1/2 teaspoon of the basil.
Lay four 12-by-18-inch sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil on the countertop. Spoon a quarter of the bean mixture in the center of each sheet. Top with the tilapia steaks and drizzle with olive oil (1 tsp/steak) and lemon juice (1 tsp/steak). Sprinkle with the remainging basil (1/4 tsp/steak) and the lemon pepper (1 tsp/steak). Top each with a lemon slice.
Bring up the sides of the foil. Double fold the top and ends to seal the packets, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 4 packest. If using the oven, put the packets on a cookie sheet.
Put the cookie sheet in the over or slide the packets onto the grill rack. Bake for 16-20 minutes or grill for 14-18 minutes in a covered grill, or until the fish flakes when tested with a fork.
