No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature3/4 cup creamy peanut butter3/4 confectioner's sugar1/2 cup fat free evaporated milk8 oz. cool whip free1 graham cracker crust, chocolate2 tablespoons hot fudge sauce, warmed (optional)Whipped cream (optional)1 Reese Peanut Butter cup, chopped (optional)
Warm hot fudge sauce and pour enough to cover bottom of the crust. Let sit.
Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Add peanut butter and milk and beat until smooth.
Fold in cool whip gently and pour into pie shell.
Freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm. Serve frozen or thaw for 15 minutes and serve.
Drizzle with hot fudge sauce and top with whipped cream and chopped Reese's if desired.
Can be made with all low fat ingredients as well.
Nutter Butter cookies can be crushed and used to make your own crust if desired.
