Orange You Peachie Smoothie

1 banana1 orange2 c. frozen nectarines or peaches1/4 c. shredded carrots3 c. fat free milk1 tsp. vanilla
Combine all together and blend until smooth. There may be some nectarine skins still left. If it is not thick enough, add some ice and blend again. Makes 7 servings of just over 1 c. (My blender said it made a about 7 3/4 c. total.)
