Oven Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients
4 Yukon Gold potatoes1 Tablespoon olive oil1/4 tsp sea salt1 Tablespoon fresh Rosemary chopped fineGarlic powder 1 teas or to tasteParmesan cheese, grated 3 Tablespoons or to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
Rinse potatoes and pat dry. Cut into quarters. In a medium bowl mix oil, rosemary, salt & pepper if desired. Toss in potatoes and mix until well coated. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet lined with foil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown. (approx. 20-25 minutes.) Serves 4
