Mascapone (cream cheese) Mashed Potaotes

Ingredients
1.5 lb of potatoes (Idaho is what I used)1/3 c. Fat Free Milk3 T. Cream Cheese1/2 t. Salt1 T. Sour CreamYou can use 3 T. of Mascapone Cheese in replacement of Cream Cheese and Sour Cream.
Directions
Place 1˝ pounds cubed peeled Yukon gold potatoes in a large saucepan; cover with ­water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and ­simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Drain; return to pan. Add 1⁄3 cup 2% milk, 3 tablespoons mascarpone cheese, and ˝ teaspoon salt. Mash to desired consistency.
