Shiitake Mushrooms, 100 grams Mushrooms, fresh, 100 grams Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Tofu, soft, 300 grams *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic, 3 clove
Directions
chop all ingredients
pan fried tofu
stir fried everything.
serve with brown rice if desire
