Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup 100% natural (unsweetened) peanut butter1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend (use up to 3/4c. if you prefer it sweeter)1 egg
Directions
--Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
--Make into 20 balls, put on cookie sheet, crisscross with a fork
--Put in oven at 325 degrees F.
--Bake 8-10 minutes.
Cool, remove from tray, enjoy one cookie.
