Basil Chicken with Pink Sauce Pasta

Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ounces Canned Tomatoes, 1 can Garlic, 2 clove Olive Oil, 1 tspParmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Milk, 1%, .25 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, Pasta, cooked, 6 oz (bow tie or penne)Basil, 2 tbsp
Grill Chicken on gas grill until Chicken is completely cooked. Start pasta water. Add Olive oil and garlic to a large skillet and saute 1 minute. Add canned tomatoes and let reduce 15 minutes until juices are thickened. In a small sauce pan add butter and milk and bring to a simmer, do not boil. Once liquid is hot add parmesan cheese, stir until melted, cover and remove from heat. Add pasta to water and cook 10 minutes or until tender (bow tie or penne works best. Bring chicken in from grill and allow to rest 5 minutes. Cut chicken into chunks or strips. Add Cheese sauce to tomato sauce. Toss pasta in sauce, pour servings into pasta plates. Top with chicken and fresh basil. A sprinkle of Parmesan and serve. Great with a crusty bread and salad.
