Slightly Spicy Superfast Chicken

* Pineapple Juice, .25 cup * *Star Basalmic Vinegar, 3 tbsp * Sunflower Oil (oleic), 2 tbsp * Salt, 1 tsp * *Smoked Chipotle Tabasco Sauce, 4 tsp * Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
Makes about 4 servings.
Thinly slice par frozen chicken. Put in bowl and toss with other ingredients. Set aside on counter.
Heat pan over med-high heat. Add chicken and liquid. Cook till done.
Excellent with the Fennel and Green Beans or the Beets and Sweets...or like I did, BOTH! =)
