Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 C. flour1.5 tsp. baking powder0.5 tsp salt0.5 tsp baking soda0.25 tsp nutmeg2 eggs0.5 C. butter2 Tbsp milk1 tsp lemon juice1 C. sugar3 med. bananas1 C. nuts
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan. |Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, baking soda, and numeg in large bowl. Put eggs, butter, milk, lemon juice and sugar into blender and mix until smooth. Add bananas and nuts and mix. Pour egg mixture into dry ingredients and mix only until flour is moistened. Pour into prepared pan, bake 45-60 minutes. Makes 20 servings.
