Easy Cajun Jambalaya

Ingredients
olive oil, 2 tsp3 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into bite-size1 onion, diced1 green pepper, diced1/2 C celery, diced2 Tbsp garlic, choppedsalt & ground pepper to taste2 C uncooked white rice340 g package of frozen cooked shrimp4 C chicken stock2 tsp Worchestshire sauce1 tsp hot pepper sauce
Directions
Heat oil in large pot over med. high heat. Saute chicken until lightly browned. Add onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic and seasonings.. Cook 5 minutes, until onion is translucent. Add rice, shrimp and chicken stock, bring to boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender. Stir in Worchestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Makes 8 servings.
