Rosemary Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
3 cups diced sweet potato1 T. olive oil1/2 tsp kosher salt1 tsp fresh pepper2 sprig of rosemary
Directions
dice sweet potato and mix with remaining ingredients. Spread on a baking sheet lined with foil and roast stirring to mix every 10 minutes. cook at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
