Ingredients
1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp non-aluminum baking powder1 cup dried dates (add 1/4 cup warm water to soften and chop)1 cup chopped pistachio nuts3 eggs whisked
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.

Grease 8 x 9 square pan.

Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cut into 10 slices.
