Bacon cheeseburger meatloaf

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 10 oz (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)American Cheese, 4 slice (1 oz) (remove)Bacon, 6 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup (remove)
Directions
pre cook bacon, drain and chop

mix beef, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, salt pepper and garlic

place 1/2 the meat mixture in bread loaf pan. Make a small dip in center. Fold american cheese slices in half to split. Lat 2 full slices downt eh middle, top with bacon and add other 2 slices of cheese to top. then top with remaining meat.

Bake until cooked through about 40 mins at 350
