Oats, 5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry, 1 cup Almonds, 1 cup, sliced Honey, 1/3 cup *Mrs. Butterworth's Original Syrup, 1/3 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, 1 cup *Blueberries, dried, 1 cuppinch of all spice1 tsp cinnamonpinch of sea salt
preheat oven to 250
mix dry ingredients in an over sized mixing bowl, then add wet ingredients
put on large baking sheet with sides cook 10 mins at a time stir and return to oven till you get the crunch you want (about 40 mins)
after cooking toss with 1 cup dried blueberries or dried fruit of your choice
1/4 is a serving, store in air tight container for 2-3 wks.
