Honey Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 c Whole Wheat Flour2 tbsp Honey4 tsp Equal2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Salt1.5 c 1% Milk2 Eggs1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
1. Whisk all ingredients together in large bowl, stirring as little as possible.

2. Pour .25 cup of batter onto hot griddle using a spoon or a ladle and flip when bubbles appear and the bottom is lightly browned. Recipe will make approx. 16 3" pancakes.
