stuffed pepper soup (JAdams)

Ingredients
1 LB ground turkey breast1 can (15oz) diced tomatoes1 can (15 oz) tomatoe sauce1 can (15 oz) chicken broth low fat low sodium1 tsp black pepper1 tsp cayenne pepper3 tsp salt0.5 cups uncooked white ricewater as needed
Directions
brown turkey then add all ingredients excpet rice, boil for approx 40 min then add cooked rice and simmer add water as needed
