Tortellini Salad

Ingredients
4 Cups Arugula2 Cups cooked whole wheat tortellini2 Cups chopped bell pepper1/3 Cup Vinagerette salad dressing (I used homemade, but feel free to sub a bottle you have lying around)
Directions
Mix everything together in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing. This can be served immeadeately, but will be tastier if it sits so the ingredients have a chance to meld together. Makes 4, 2 cup servings.
