Mary's Hominy & Pomegranite Chili

1 tsp olive oil1/2 onion1 can hominy1 can Health Valley Low sodium vegetarian chili1 can Amy's Organic Low Sodium Chili1/2 fresh pomegranite1/4 cup nonfat milk1 tsp cinamon1 tsp onion powder1 tsp cayenne pepper
Heat tsp of olive oil in a satay pan
Chop onions and cook until soft in oil
Stir in both cans of chili and hominy
Stir in the spices, add more or less depending on you taste (note: cinamon goes a long way)
Stir in a small amount of nonfat milk
Stir in hominy and pomegranite seeds.
Goes great with cornbread!
