Ingredients
Liquid Egg WhitesOlive Oil Pam Spray1 Slice Provolone CheeseOnions Buena Vida Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla
Directions
Take a frying pan, warm it up on high for a few minutes. Spray Olive Oil Pam for about 6 seconds. Add 1/2 a cup of liquid egg white to the pan. While it is cooking, add a onions. Once the eggs are done, add it on top of Whole Wheat Tortilla with a slice of Provolone cheese (or your choice) and it comes out great! Makes 1 serving.
