Salmon Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
1 can salmon1 cup chopped onion1 cup plain bread crumbs1 egg1/4 cup skim milk1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheesesalt and pepper to taste1 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spray a 3 qt crockpot with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into crockpot. Cook on low 3-4 hours
