"FAKE" Powdered Sugar

  • Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
2 Cups Nonfat DRY Milk Powder1 Cup White Sugar replacement (Splenda, Sugar Twin etc.)2 Cups Cornstarch
Directions
Combine all ingredients in Processor or Blender. ( I did this in a Blender using 1/4 of mixture at a time)
Process until WELL blended and "Powderey". Transfere to an airtight container.
Recipe yields 4 Cups Replacement for use in making desserts.
Calories for 1/4th cup is 81.
