1 large Green Pepper1 large Red Pepper1 large Yellow Pepper1 Summer squash1 Roma tomato1 small green chili1 Zucchini1/2 large Red OnionCooking Spray (Food Club, All Natural Canola)
Directions
Seed and Chop all veggies and skewer on skewers. spray each kabob and grill till tender yet crisp.
Makes 8 kabobs.
